Secure online submission
- Your papers must be prepared at high quality in order to be considered for publication.
Both the abstract and full paper versions of your submissions must be uploaded to the ICPIC 2026 database through the ICPIC SUBMIT SYSTEM. - Abstract submissions are evaluated by field editors based on their relevance to the conference topics. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Booklet after the presentations are completed.
- The acceptance or rejection status of the abstracts will be communicated to the authors by the specified date. Authors whose abstracts are accepted and who have completed the conference registration payment will be able to download their official acceptance letter through the ICPIC SUBMIT SYSTEM.
- If your abstract is accepted, the full papers will undergo evaluation by at least two independent reviewers (accept, reject, revision) as well as assessment by the field editors. Following the review process, eligible full papers may be directed to the Springer Series or to peer-reviewed journals. Please note that Springer’s publication process may take at least three months after the conference dates. This timeline reflects detailed editorial and production procedures that help ensure international visibility and academic recognition of the work. Papers directed to peer-reviewed journals will be subject to each journal’s own publication policies and requirements.
- The conference proceedings will be published as Open Access by Springer. For papers exceeding 7 pages, an additional fee of €50 per each extra page will be applied.
- Your submissions will be evaluated through a single-blind review process, meaning that the reviewers will not be visible to the authors. Full papers uploaded to the ICPIC 2026 database will be assigned to reviewers shortly after submission. Once a paper has been sent for review, no further changes can be made; therefore, the final version must be uploaded before submission.
- Requested revisions or improvements must be completed within the specified timeframe. If the reviewer-requested changes are not made, the full paper will not be accepted.
- After the evaluation process is completed, authors will be able to view the reviewer reports. The next step is plagiarism screening. All accepted papers will be included in the conference program and the abstract book.
- Your full papers will then be reviewed again by journal reviewers according to the scope and quality requirements of the journals. Acceptance or rejection decisions for journal publication lie solely with the journal editors.
