Welcome to Antalya
Antalya is one of Türkiye’s most celebrated coastal cities, renowned for its combination of sun-drenched beaches, ancient ruins, and lush Mediterranean landscapes. As the tourism capital of the country, Antalya welcomes millions of guests each year with its rich cultural heritage, modern infrastructure, and warm hospitality.
This guide is prepared for ICPIC 2026 participants and accompanying persons and focuses particularly on the Kemer region, one of Antalya’s most scenic and serene destinations.

Located on the southwestern coast of Türkiye, Antalya lies along the Mediterranean Sea, backed by the dramatic Taurus Mountains. The province covers both bustling urban districts and tranquil resort towns such as Kemer, Belek, Side, and Alanya. Among them, Kemer is known for its blend of mountainous nature and crystal-clear beaches.
